To become an Equipe child sponsor by setting up a Standard Order with us simply:- 1) Complete this form and submit it. Required fields are marked *. 2) Download and print our Standing Order Form Standing Order Form, or if you have online banking you can set up a regular payment to us. We will then send you all the details of your child.
